A large international Software and IT company is expanding its operations in Cambodia. The company specializes in helping clients integrate their businesses into software environments, serving as a bridge between clients and the technical team to ensure successful implementation.
Position Overview:
We are recruiting a mid-level Business Analyst to join our International Business Analyst team. The role requires strong knowledge of Odoo ERP and the ability to provide functional support to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet clients’ business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Client Consultation &Analysis: Act as the primary point of contact for clients; analyze their business flows, gather requirements, and design tailored Odoo-based solutions that address their specific needs.
- System Configuration: Manage data base configuration, master data setup, and ensure the technical environment is optimized for client use.
- Functional Support: Provide expert functional support during the Odoo integration phase to ensure a smooth transition and deployment.
- Training & Workshops: Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops to upskill client teams and ensure high user adoption rates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain direct contact with all entities at the Group level to ensure project alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business/finance/computer science or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in Business Analysis, ERP Implementation, or IT Project Management.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP (or similar tier-1 ERPs). Previous experience in functional consulting or related field is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage client expectations firmly but politely.
- Language: Fluent in Khmer and English. Any other languages is a big plus.
