Position Overview

As an Inventory Officer, you will work under Operations department and you’ll be in in charge of managing and tracking our diverse inventory including coffee products, coffee machines, wines, beverages, office assets, and finishing construction materials (Vinyl Flooring, wall protection & entrance matting, etc…). Also, you will work closely with the operating departments to ensure accurate stock counts, maintain organized storage systems, and logistics coordination, and support other inventory operations.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate with operating departments on inventory management.

- Conduct a set of timely physical inventory counts of coffee products, coffee machines, wines, and office equipment.

- Maintain detailed records of fixed assets including office furniture and equipment.

- Oversee and ensure the inventory management systems are up to date.

- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and support finance in the valuation of inventory

- Report discrepancies and investigate inventory variances.

- Perform regular inventory reports for the management team.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Warehouse, Stock management, logistics, administrative  skills.

- Skills: Proficiency in Ms. Office applications (Excel, Word, Sharepoints…), other relative inventory system is a plus.

- Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business administration, or related fields.

- Language: Excellent level of English; proficiency in Khmer and French is a significant plus.

- Availability: As soon as possible.

- Attributes: Fearless attitude, proactive, and capable of managing in a cross-functional team environment.
