Denis Barre
A business graduate with roots in Canada and France, Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Canada) and Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), Denis has experience leading large organizations in Cambodia and overseas for more than twenty five years. His familiarity with a wide range of industries and exposure to many facets of business services have brought him back to Human Resources time and again. “The strategic impact and difference that Top Talent can bring to an organization is particularly valuable in the Cambodian context”. Denis’ family is his pride and joy – the group of six keep him on his toes and manage to stay close, with Cambodia as a home base for everyone to gather.
Laurent Landié
Laurent started his career at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Doha, Manila, Bangkok). In 2004 Laurent launched the Executive Search Division of Adecco Thailand and, after a short experience at Manpower Group, Laurent founded in 2008 Asia Data Destruction, a company specialized in the recycling of electronic waste and data protection where he currently occupies the role of Chief Strategic Officer and Chief People Officer.
In 2014 Laurent launched Lim and Partner, an executive search and consulting company member of Praxi Alliance worldwide executive search with more than 75 offices all over the World. In 2016 Laurent became Board member of Praxi Alliance.
Laurent has been a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCE) since 2006 and currently Vice-President of Thailand Chapter. He became country Representative of the OSCI in 2019 and expanded his Executive Search Services to Singapore in 2020.
Soreasmey Ke Bin - Confluences
Soreasmey is a French-Cambodian serial entrepreneur, twice graduated with Masters degrees in International Defense and Security and International Management. He is the founder and CEO of Confluences - a consulting company specializing in market entry, namely supporting foreign companies in the Cambodian market, and neighboring markets in the greater Mekong sub-region.
Originally a very specialized firm, Confluences has now expanded its business model to Ventures and has developed a portfolio of key strategic partnerships. Convergences is the latest one and is fully aligned with their current business offer.
