About the Service Department:

Operating within the Operations Division, the Services Unit assists international clients with project implementation in Cambodia. Our solutions include Employer ofRecord (EOR), HR support, visa/immigration, office rental, business registration, legal/tax compliance, and pragmatic regulatory advisory.

Position Overview:

As a Business Operations and Project Support Intern, you will support international companies throughout the implementation of their activities in Cambodia. Working at the intersection of consulting, project coordination and corporate services, you will contribute to a wide variety of client engagements ranging from company establishment and regulatory compliance to Employer of Record (EOR) services, operational projects and business advisory assignments.

This is a hands-on role offering significant autonomy and exposure to real client projects from a nearly stage. You will work closely with colleagues across the Operations, HR and Finance teams while interacting directly with international clients and external stakeholders.

What You'll DO:

Project Coordination & Client Support:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for international clients, ensuring responsive communication and high client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of operational projects (company registration, EOR, visas, licensing, and corporate structuring).
  • Manage multiple client files, track deliverables, resolve operational issues and liaise with internal teams(HR, Finance) and external stakeholders.

RegulatoryResearch & Advisory:

  • Research Cambodian legislation, legal/tax requirements and administrative procedures.
  • Draft clear, practical advisory notes, regulatory summaries and tailored business recommendations for clients.

Commercial & Contract Management:

  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and service agreements.
  • Draft contractual documentation and coordinate with Finance/HR on invoicing, billing enquiries, and payment tracking.

Internal Operations:

  • Support internal process optimization, template creation and departmental knowledge management.
  • Assist with financial monitoring and departmental reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Law, International Business, or relatedfields.
  • Experience: Prior exposure to corporate services, consulting, project management, legal/regulatory research, orcompliance is an advantage.
  • Languages: Excellent written and spokenEnglish; French is a strong asset, and Khmer is a plus.
  • Knowledge & Interests: Passion for foreign investment, business law, corporate structuring, and Southeast Asian market dynamics.

Core Skills:

  • Strong research, analytical, and professional writing/drafting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic comfort working with numbers/quotations
