Position Overview:

HR & Administrative Intern will work closely with the HR team to support both internal HR operations and administrative tasks. This role will primarily assist with employee file management, payroll inputs, compliance and engagement activities, while ensuring smooth coordination between the HR, Operations and Finance departments.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave monitoring, and payroll data preparation.
  • Support benefits administration including NSSF and insurance updates.
  • Help prepare HR letters and basic HR documents under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, summaries, and documentation for internal use.
  • Assist with ongoing recruitment processes: job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding tasks: document collection, welcome kits, contract preparation.
  • Support performance management cycles (forms, scheduling, reminders).
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and team events.
  • Provide general administrative support (filing, printing, organizing ,data entry).

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Smart, curious, and eager to learn new skills in HR for a long term career growth.
  • Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Team player with adaptability and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
