About Immersive Angkor:
Immersive Angkor is Cambodia’s first large-scale permanent immersive cultural experience, combining digital storytelling, heritage reconstitution, and immersive technologies to bring the history and legends of Angkor civilization to life.
Located within the Living Arts Pavilion in Siem Reap, Immersive Angkor aims to become a landmark cultural destination for both Cambodian and international visitors. The project is currently entering its final development phase ahead of its planned opening in December 2026.
As we prepare for our opening, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to help build awareness, engage audiences, and establish Immersive Angkor as a must-visit attraction.
Postion Overview:
The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of the project's marketing, branding, communications, and digital engagement strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and communications strategy.
- Strengthen brand awareness and visibility across digital and offline platforms.
- Manage social media channels, website content, online communities, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation including photography, video, graphics, copywriting, and storytelling materials.
- Build and maintain strong community engagement through active interaction and relationship management across platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement, customer feedback, and online reputation to ensure a positive brand image.
- Measure and improve customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure service quality aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.
- Manage media relations, press outreach, and public communications.
- Develop partnerships with influencers, content creators, tourism stakeholders, and cultural organizations.
- Support launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and ongoing marketing activities.
- Manage offline marketing initiatives, events, and printed collateral materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touch points.
- Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners when required.
- Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support business objectives and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, culture, lifestyle, events, entertainment, or destination marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with strong project management abilities.
- Knowledge of Khmer and/or French would be an advantage.
