About Immersive Angkor:

Immersive Angkor is Cambodia’s first large-scale permanent immersive cultural experience, combining digital storytelling, heritage reconstitution, and immersive technologies to bring the history and legends of Angkor civilization to life.

Located within the Living Arts Pavilion in Siem Reap, Immersive Angkor aims to become a landmark cultural destination for both Cambodian and international visitors. The project is currently entering its final development phase ahead of its planned opening in December 2026.

As we prepare for our opening, we are looking for a Sales Manager to build and implement our commercial strategy.

Postion Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales channels, building strategic partnerships with tourism stakeholders, MICE, B2B corporate partnerships and driving visitor attendance through local, regional, and international networks.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy.
  • Build relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, OTAs, destination management companies, and tourism stakeholders.
  • Develop partnerships with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and tourism platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for group bookings, educational visits, corporate events, and MICE activities.
  • Support the development of pricing structures, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Monitor sales performance and visitor targets.
  • Represent Immersive Angkor at tourism events, trade fairs, and networking activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Provide regular reporting and market insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience.
  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, attractions, events, or destination marketing.
  • Established network within Cambodia's tourism industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Khmer and additional languages would be an advantage.
